  • italk Psychological Therapy Service

    italk is a free service for patients with depression, anxiety or stress aged 16 and over who registered with a GP locally.
    The main therapy offered is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which is a talking therapy which looks at thoughts, feelings and behaviours and teaches coping strategies and other ways to manage how you are.

    Counselling – Adult 18 years plus
     
    The MindSpace Foundation provides online and face-to-face counselling services in Basingstoke for adults registered with Watership Down Health alongside specialist community counselling projects.
     
    We have a remote clinic taking place every Saturday for Watership Down Health patients.
     
    Referral can be made via your GP or direct to the MindSpace Foundation confirming that you are a patient registered with Watership Down Health.
