italk is a free service for patients with depression, anxiety or stress aged 16 and over who registered with a GP locally.
The main therapy offered is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) which is a talking therapy which looks at thoughts, feelings and behaviours and teaches coping strategies and other ways to manage how you are.
