Getting your test results

If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.

Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:

  • in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
  • by phoning us on 0333 034 1033 and we will tell you what the results are

Questions about your results

If you want to talk to someone about your results, fill out a test results request form and someone will be in touch.

Test results you can view online

When you view your test results online, you should see any recent results that have been added to your GP health record.

Results you can see

  • results of tests you had at your GP surgery
  • hospital test results that have been sent to your GP surgery

Results you will not see

  • hospital test results that have not been sent to your GP surgery – the hospital may contact you about your result or tell you how to get your result
