Catchment area
Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area.
You can also find out which GPs you can register with on the NHS website.
Registering with the surgery
To register with the surgery:
- use the NHS: Register with a GP surgery online service and choose which surgery you would like to register with
When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.
Important: Please note
We are unable to accept registrations from outside our boundary area.
If you are not able to register online, please visit the practice to pick up a registration pack (only if you are certain that you are within our boundary area).
For certain services, for example, detailed access to your medical record, we will ask for ID with your residential address within the last 3 months.
Please note that if you have been living outside the UK for a period of longer than 3 months or your residential/tax status address is outside the UK, then we will only be able to give temporary care as a temporary resident or immediately necessary treatment.
Do you intend to, or have been absent from the UK for a period of more than three months?
Your GP practice must remove a patient from their lists where it receives notice to the effect that the person:
- Intends to be away from the United Kingdom for a period of at least three months
- Has been absent from the United Kingdom for a period of more than three months*
On your return, you will be able to re-register. More information can be found at:
www.nhs.uk/how-to-register-with-a-gp-surgery.
*There are a small number of exceptions, EG FCO staff and their dependents.
