Opening times

Enhanced access

Watership Down Health is working with Tadley Surgery to provide routine appointments for all our patients from 6:30pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning, 9am to 11am.

Only one surgery will be open at these times but you are able to book in to any surgery. If booking for Tadley you will be asked to give permission for the doctor you will be seeing to have access to your records. They need this in order to see you.

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

Accessibility

If you have any special needs please let our staff know so that we can help and ensure you receive the necessary assistance.

Wheelchair access

Wheelchair access is available at the front of all our surgery’s and toilets are equipped for patients with disabilities.

All of our consulting rooms are provided on the ground floor.

A wheelchair is available should you require one while visiting the practice.

Loop system

We have a loop induction system at the reception desk to assist the hearing impaired.

Blind/partially sighted

If you or family members are blind or partially sighted we can assist you by arranging an electronic copy or large print of any of our practice documentation upon request.

Guide dogs

Guide dogs are welcome at the surgery but we ask that you be aware of other patients and staff who may have an allergy or fear of dogs.

Parking

Each practice has dedicated parking spaces at the front of the surgeries. Due to our car parks being in conversation areas, we have limited capacity.
