Further to our recent post on 27th June 2022 regarding the Patient Access Survey, we wish to clarify that every GP practice in the country has been requested to run an Access survey by the Government. The aim is to understand patient’s preferences so that we may adapt and improve our services. This survey is not for any other reason, and we value patient feedback.
We thank all the 864 patients who have already completed the Access Survey in its first week. The response has been greater than we expected. As a reminder this survey will be closing on Friday 15th July and we invite patients to complete the survey either via the link that was texted, via our web site in Practice News or by messaging us via the website so we can email you a copy or collect a paper version from our Receptions.
