Free telephone and email support for children and young people aged 11 – 17 years old who are experiencing mental health crisis and living within/residence of Hampshire County Council & Isle of Wight Council (excl. Portsmouth and Southampton)
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 15:00 to 20:30.
CYP Crisis Line can provide:
- Immediate access to safe & confidential one to one emotional support via freephone
- Crisis de-escalation
- Self-harm/suicide safety planning
- Advice on healthy coping skills & resources such as CBT/DBT skills, mindfulness, relaxation, self-care, positive mental health
- Signposting for both young people & parents
