We are changing our Appointment Reminder system to a new provider. This will happen over the weekend 3 – 5 March 2023.
This should not result in you receiving duplicate reminders however if you do please be reassured that there has been no change to your appointment.
The new reminder will be sent both 1 week and 1 working day before your due appointment. Please note that not all our Appointments receive reminders, however Face to Face ones do.
You are also able to cancel your appointment up to 1 hour before your appointment time using a unique link in your reminder text message. This will automatically remove you from our Appointment Book. If you do not have a Smart phone, you can type the link provided into a computer or laptop and cancel the appointment through this device.
