Improved Access

Watership Down Health is working with Tadley Surgery to provide routine appointments for all our patients from 18:30-20:00, Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning, 09:00-11:00.

Only one surgery will be open at these times but you are able to book in to any surgery. If booking for Tadley you will be asked to give permission for the doctor you will be seeing to have access to your records. They need this in order to see you.

Out of Hours Service

Your call will be redirected to the NHS 111 service when the surgery is closed, Monday to Friday, and all day at weekends and on bank holidays. Advice is also available at www.111.nhs.uk

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.
